Safe Drinking Water Act
Guernsey County: Some Senecaville customers have been under a BWA since Tuesday, advisory issued by the Guernsey County Water Department applies to water connections on Mill and Bridge streets, extending south along OH-285 to Walhonding Road, including Leatherwood Court.

Light snow, possibly mixed with a little rain early on, is likely
Friday. Precipitation will taper off by Friday evening. Snow
accumulations of an inch or less are forecast. Some slick spots may
be possible, especially as wet surfaces refreeze Friday night as
temperatures drop to well below freezing.

Streamflow Situation from the network of USGS river monitoring sites in Ohio
Cloudy, 31 degrees at Marion Municipal Airport, the forecast from NWS Cleveland today, high 34 with a 40% chance of snow showers coming tonight, mainly after 3am, low down around 30. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Overcast and 33 degrees at Wilmington Airborne Airpark Airport, heading for a high 37 Thursday, a 40% chance of snow tonight, mainly after 3am, as much as half an inch accumulation. Friday, snow is expected before 4 pm, up to an inch accumulation. Friday night there is a 30% chance of snow, mainly before 10pm, another half inch possible.
Normal streamflows are recorded throughout Ohio Thursday morning with one or two monitors in the lower ends of all Ohio River basins seeing some much above seasonal, 90th percentile or greater water levels. Five of Ohio's 32 watersheds remain on the drought map Thursday. Severe drought persists in Ohio River minor tributary Wheeling Creek watershed, impacting the water resources of Belmont, southeast Harrison and south Jefferson Counties. Adjacent Wills Creek watershed in the Muskingum River basin remains at moderate drought, impacting Guernsey County where we have a BWA at Senecaville. As of this report, there are no extreme high or low flows, no flooding in the reference network.
