Streamflow Situation from USGS Waterwatch based on real-time flow monitors across Ohio
As of Tuesday, streamflows look normal to below normal statewide. Much below normal flow ratings are popping up in all drainage areas of the state. More to follow.
As of this update there are no extreme high or extreme low flows registering in the state network.

New on the drought map Tuesday Lower Miami River watershed at below normal. Auglaize River, Grand River watersheds remain below normal.
South of the drainage divide, Little Muskingum River watershed escalated to moderate drought Tuesday. Middle Ohio River minor tributary Raccoon-Symmes watershed appears Tuesday filling in the gap between Shade River watershed and Scioto River Tygarts, also rated below normal. The Ohio River valley now shows below normal from Little Muskingum watershed through to the east half of Scioto County.
The height-of-land divide in Ohio runs from Mercer County in the west angling northeast up to Ashtabula County on the east state border. Streamflows north of the divide feed Lake Erie, flows south of the divide run to the Ohio River, part of the Mississippi River basin that drains the majority of interior North America to the Gulf of Mexico.
