Ohio Drinking Water Facilities with significant violations of the SDWA in the last 12 quarters
From the records of the US EPA
The following reports have been compiled from the quarterly verified data of the US EPA, typically three to five months past. The key points in these reports are the percentage of drinking water facilities in full compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, the number of licensed drinking water facilities with significant SDWA violations within the past three years.
New reports are added quarterly, as new EPA compliance information becomes available. Take a look here to see how many Ohio residents are served by Serious Violators in each period, and which facilities are on the list. See which facilities have remedied their enforcement priority status with the US EPA and been removed from the Serious Violator List.
