Upper Great Miami Watershed: February 4th, 90 gallons of jet fuel was released on Littrell Rd in Bath Township, Greene County.
Walhonding Watershed: February 4th, 50 gallons of hydraulic oil was released on East Bowman St in Wooster, Wayne County. February 1st, 6500 gallons of milk was released on OH-3 in Wooster Township, Wayne County.
Ohio Brush-Whiteoak Watershed: February 4th, 200 gallons of bentonite was discharged into Redoak Creek off South 3rd St in Ripley, Brown County.
Mohican Watershed: February 4th, 59 gallons of diesel was released onto the road from a vehicle on the OH-71 in Congress Township, Wayne County.
Paint Watershed: February 3rd, an unreported amount of organic solvents along with 500 gallons of trade name mixture was released on W High St in Jeffersonville, Fayette County.
Ashtabula Watershed: February 3rd, an unreported amount of antifreeze was released from a vehicle onto the ground on OH-91 in Willoughby, Lake County.
Mahoning Watershed: February 3rd, an unreported amount of diesel was released from a vehicle on Scott Ave and reached Mosquito Creek in Niles, Trumbull County. February 1st, an unreported amount of petroleum oil and 230 gallons of trade name mixture was released on Southern Blvd in Boardman Township, Mahoning County.
Licking Watershed: February 3rd, an unknown amount of gasoline was reported to have been leaked onto Terrace St in Millersport, Fairfield County. February 2nd, an unreported amount of a trade name mixture was discharged on Hudson St in Columbus, Licking County.
Upper Scioto Watershed: February 2nd, an unknown amount of an unknown material released on the OH-70 ramp in Columbus, Franklin County.
Little Miami Watershed: February 2nd, unreported amount of diesel was released onto the pavement leaving a sheen behind on Simpson Court in Deerfield Township, Warren County.
Lower Scioto Watershed: February 1st, an unreported amount of hydraulic fluid was released on Township Rd 348 in Union Township, Scioto County.
St Mary's Watershed: January 31st, an unreported amount of dairy manure was released in Twentyseven Mile Creek off Cemetery Rd in Willshire Township, Van Wert County.
Lower Great Miami Watershed: January 31st, 200 gallons of diesel reported spilled on Cardington Rd in Moraine, Montgomery County.
Cuyahoga Watershed: January 30th, an unreported amount of an unknown chemical was released on Kreuger Ave in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County.

Spills, fish kills, rainbow sheen and releases of contaminants in the state of Ohio as reported to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Environmental Response. Users of this data should be aware that inconsistencies and inaccuracies may exist if these data are compared to data from other time periods due to changes in methods of data collection and mapping.
WTOH reports spills from OEPA with the following features:
- 40 gallons or more of petroleum product
- toxic chemical materials, corrosives spills of any amount
- all spills impacting water
Spills marked with asterisk are followed up with Ohio EPA authorities for additional information on the clean-up and recovery, including notices of violation and charges under State environmental statutes, federal charges under the Clean Water Act.
