NWS warns of dense fog in the north, possible ice jam flooding
A warming trend threatens an early ice break up in north central Ohio, northeast
and northwest Ohio. Current conditions at Cleveland's Burke Lakefront Airport 43 degrees with areas of dense fog, the high today 51 degrees. Up to a quarter of an inch is anticipated before 3 pm, NWS warns this may cause ice breakup on area rivers with ice jam flooding possible today and through the weekend. Tonight, more rain and snow showers coming before 1 am switching to snow until 4 am. Little to no snow accumulation expected.
Wilmington reports fog, 49 degrees with a 30% chance of showers, no more than a tenth of an inch landing mainly before noon. The clouds will clear, skies becoming mostly sunny with a high near 58 this afternoon, the southwest wind gusts could get up to 28 mph. Showers could begin again this evening before 9, another tenth of an inch is possible, a 30% chance.

PATCHY DENSE FOG INTO THIS AFTERNOON...
Patchy dense fog will continue into this afternoon. Visibilities
will be reduced to a half mile or less in some spots and motorists may encounter fluctuating visibilities ranging from good to poor in short distances. The fog is expected to gradually improve this afternoon.

Safe Drinking Water Act Advisories
Trumbull County: McDonald Village Public Water System has issued a Boil Water Advisory for customers connecting from 2078 Ohltown Road to McDonald Avenue west to state Route 46. McDonald Village distributes potable water to 3172 residents from a surface water source, purchased from another licensed facility in the Mahoning River watershed.
Trumbull County: Niles City Public Water System has issued a BWA following a water outage Tuesday. Customers on South Main Street from Gilbert Avenue to Ohltown Road, Ohltown Road to McDonald Avenue, and customers on Lakeside Drive are impacted by the order until further notice. Niles City Public Water System serves 21,961 residents including residential and commercial connections from a surface water source purchased from another licensed water facility in Mahoning River watershed.
