Hazardous Weather Outlook issued by NWS Wilmington at 356 am Fri Jan 17
An extended stretch of bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills is expected Monday through Wednesday. High temperatures on Monday and Tuesday will only be in the single digits. Wind chill readings as low as 10 to 25 degrees below zero will be possible at times Monday morning through Wednesday morning.

Streamflow Situation from the network of US Geological Survey monitors in Ohio
Water levels remain below normal statewide. The extreme low level reported in Sandusky River watershed yesterday remains on the dashboard, a first percentile record low measurement again today. Much below normal ratings continue on both sides of the state height-of-land divide. Extreme drought in Ohio River minor tributary Wheeling Creek watershed has backed off to a below normal rating overnight. Wills Creek watershed of the Muskingum River basin of central Ohio remains in severe drought. Much of the lower Muskingum basin remains below normal, along with Mohican River watershed in the upper basin. The Ohio River minor tributaries Little Beaver Creek, Wheeling Creek, Shade River and Raccoon-Symmes watersheds are below normal. In the Lake Erie basin, below ratings apply to St.Josephs, Sandusky and Grand River watersheds.

Cleveland local forecast office reports fair conditions Friday, 31 degrees heading for a high 35 degrees under sunny skies. Rain is likely overnight, mainly after 2 am, up to a quarter inch. Snow will come Saturday, possibly mixed with rain. Up to half an inch snow accumulation possible. Fair conditions, 30 degrees in the south, NWS Wilmington reporting fair conditions, just above freezing at 33 degrees with an expected high 39. Rain will start tonight, mainly after 3am, up to a quarter inch possible. NWS reports 100% chance of rain and snow for the south Saturday before 3pm. Snow and rain will turn to snow only in the latter part of the afternoon. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
