Skipping industrial wastewater pre-treatment gets metal plater $35,000 in fines and community service
Yet another metal plating facility bypassed the required pre-treatment process for its heavy metal contaminated industrial process water.
The company was charged with one count of knowingly violating the Clean Water Act for discharging untreated or partially treated wastewater into the sanitary sewer in Dayton, Ohio.
