Winter Storm piling on another 3 inches of snow today

WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT...
Snow continuing through Monday with accumulations up to three inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph in portions of southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and south central and southwest Ohio.
Travel conditions will likely be very difficult. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

Streamflow Situation from the network of USGS river monitoring sites in Ohio
Streamflows run above normal to much above seasonal normal through the west half of Ohio Monday, downshifting in the Muskingum, Upper Ohio minor tribs and northeast Lake Erie basin to seasonal normal to above normal.
Four of 32 watersheds remain on the drought map Monday, with no change over the weekend. Muskingum River basin's Wills Creek watershed remains in severe drought through Guernsey County, the adjacent Ohio River minor tributary Wheeling Creek remains at moderate drought. Little Muskingum River and Ohio trib Raccoon-Symmes Creek watershed remain below normal.
Overcast and 29 at Marion Municipal Airport, southwest of Cleveland. A 50-50 chance of snow showers today with up to an inch of snow accumulation, blustery north wind 17 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Tonight, a chance of snow showers, low 25, the north wind continuing hard 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50% with another inch of snow possible overnight.
NWS Wilmington is reports snow and freezing fog, 21 degrees at Airborne Airpark Airport with snow coming mainly before 3pm and a high of 28. Snow will be heavy at times, a stiff north wind 18 mph gusts to 32 mph blowing that snow to reduce visibility on the highways, polishing the pavement to a dangerous degree for travel. A total snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is possible through the day.
