Drinking water advisories remain for nine Ohio Mobile Home Communities

According to MH Village, there are more than 2100 mobile or manufactured home communities in Ohio. Ohio EPA lists nine of these on the public drinking water advisories list as of April 13 2025. Each long term drinking water advisory pertains to groundwater wells tested above the safe thresholds for various inorganic chemicals, including manganese, arsenic, fluoride and lead. In one case, a mobile home community in Jefferson is under a long-term boil water advisory for e.coli present in the groundwater.
  • Carvel Manor Mobile Home Park - Pickaway County - Lead in excess of standard - Upper Scioto River watershed
  • DFC Mobile Home Park - Ashtabula County - Boil Water Advisory issued July 2021 due to the confirmed presence of e.coli - Grand River watershed
  • Foxlair Farms Mobile Home Park - Pickaway County - Do not drink order issued Jan 2025 for fluoride above standard Children under nine should be offered alternative water supply to avoid staining of permanent teeth
  • Lakeshore Court Mobile Home Park - Licking County - Do not Drink the water advisory issued for all persons issued Jan 2024 - exceeds standard for manganese
  • Lakeside Mobile Home Community - Licking County - Do not drink the water advisory issued Nov 2024 for fluoride above the standard - children under nine should have alternate water supply
  • Oak Hills Mobile Home Park - Franklin County - sensitive population advisory issued Nov 2022 due to arsenic above standard - Upper Scioto River watershed
  • Voyager Village - Dayton, Montgomery County - Do not Drink water advisory issued Jul 2006 for fluoride in excess of standard, sensitive population includes children under nine - Lower Great Miami River watershed
  • Whispering Pines - Pataskala, Pickaway County - Do not drink the water advisory issued May 2011 for children under nine due to Fluoride above standard - Upper Scioto River watershed
  • Whispering Winds Mobile Home Community - Grand Rapids, Lucas County - Do not drink the water advisory issued April 2010 for children under nine due to Fluoride above standard - Lower Maumee River watershed
