Wind chill values near zero are expected tonight into early Tuesday
morning.
Wind chill values near, or a few degrees below zero are expected again tomorrow night and Thursday night. Light accumulating snow is possible Friday afternoon through Friday night.

Streamflow Situation from the network of USGS river monitoring sites in Ohio
Streamflows run at seasonal normal levels through Ohio Tuesday, a handful of stations through central state are recording below the 10th percentile impacting each of the major Ohio River drainage basins. There are no active floods recorded, no extreme high flows. One low flow is recorded on Wheeling Creek, a minor tributary of the Ohio River in the central east area.
The latest drought map presentation is dated Jan 1. Here we saw Muskingum River basin's Wills Creek watershed in severe drought through Guernsey County, the adjacent Ohio River minor tributary Wheeling Creek at moderate drought. Little Muskingum River and Ohio trib Raccoon-Symmes Creek watersheds were noted below normal as of New Year's Day. As the drought map is refreshed, the new results will be updated here.
Overcast, 22 degrees at Marion Municipal Airport southwest of Cleveland, the high for Tuesday could be 23. There is a slight chance of snow showers after midnight tonight, the low down to 16. NWS Wilmington reports 21 degrees at Airborne Airpark Airport, a chance of flurries today with a high 25 degrees.
